A New Momentum for Kerala’s Cultural Heritage and Tourism Development

P. C. Vishnunath is a Member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly representing the Kundara Assembly Constituency. He currently serves as the Working President of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC). He was elected to the Kerala Legislative Assembly from the Chengannur Assembly Constituency in 2006 and 2011, and was elected from the Kundara Assembly Constituency in 2021.

He has held several important organizational positions, including State President of the Kerala Students Union (KSU), State President of the Indian Youth Congress, All India General Secretary of the Indian Youth Congress, Member of the University of Kerala Senate, General Secretary and Vice President of the KPCC, and Secretary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC).

Family
He is the son of Chellappan Pillai and Leela, and belongs to the Palottu Vaishnavam family at Puthoor Mavadi in Kollam district.
