Application Procedure & Fee

Prepare Application

Write your request on a plain sheet of paper or in the prescribed format, clearly in Malayalam or English, addressed to the Public Information Officer.

Application Fee

The application fee is ₹10/-. It can be paid via Court Fee Stamp, Treasury Chalan (Head: 0070-60-800-92), or Demand Draft/IPO (Free for BPL category).

Response Timeline

Information will be provided within 30 days of receipt. For matters involving life or liberty, the reply will be given within 48 hours.
