Adv. N. Shamsudheen is a Member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly representing the Mannarkkad Assembly Constituency. He was born on 31 May 1969 at Paravanna in Malappuram district to N. Muhammed Kutty and V. V. Mariyakutty. He holds B.Com. and LL.B. degrees and practices as an advocate.

He previously served as the State General Secretary of the Muslim Youth League and currently serves as the State Secretary of the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) as well as a National Working Committee Member of the party. He is also a former member of the Malappuram District Panchayat. He was elected to the Kerala Legislative Assembly from the Mannarkkad constituency in 2011 and 2016.
